Owning motorcycle: Is it necessary?

Owning a motorcycle is my necessity. I need it to make my mobility easier, especially when i have several activities in different locations in a day. Like on Saturday, i have to accompany my wife to go to the fresh market in the morning. Then, i should teaching extra program in one of junior high school before noon. After that, i usually have meeting agenda with my social community after noon. With own motorcycle, my time is more manageable and i can be more punctual, faster, and free from traffic jam. 

Another reason why owning motorcycle is important is related to the cost. With own motorcycle, the cost will be reduced, cheaper than if i use public transport or pay for an ojek (public motorcycle). For example, ojek charge from my home to the railway station is Rp20.000, while only Rp4.000 for parking if i bring my own motorcycle. Furthermore, the cost of motorcycle maintenance is also not expensive, only approximately Rp50.000 each three months. Thats why, owning motorcycle is very beneficial for me.
